LINGERIE IS A PASSION TO ME AND SO IS MODELLING

For those who know me well know I have a ridiculous obsession with Lingerie. I am a bit of a snob when it comes to it. Ever since I was a little girl my mum used to ask what do you want to be Sarah when you grow up the answer was always " a sophisticated model". I always dreamed of becoming a model so modelling lingerie is a dream come true for me as I am obsessed.

I love black lace structured pieces that empathise each and every angle of a women and sexy Italian designs suited to the more curvaceous sizes that show of all angles of a woman also full bodies also stocking and french Knickers.

I think to many girls worry they must be skinny they must loose weight more so ones that have amazing curves and spend to much time worrying, but why not have curves??? you can ask any man and they agree curves are HOT!!!! certainly and from a women's perspective, I to agree admire the curves of a women I think its SEXY . I hope to Inspire girls to accept there curvaceous bodiesThis BTW does not make me agree that skinny girls are not real women because they are too :)))

This is what I love about Glamour more than anything and Burlesque its all about your personality so just do what makes you happy and show them of :)))))

Last week I was Invited to go and see Manchester's NEW RESTAURANT TATTU www.tattu.co.uk ,I cant believe how stunning and beautiful it was so unique.And such great service so proud this is in my hometown.The food was so different I loved how it was presented also and the staff all friendly great service,check out there menu http://www.tattu.co.uk/menus/ and their cocktails was awesome :)))The restaurant also has a secret room where they have Burlesque dancers such an amazing place to go.Its situated local to the centre just in Spinningfields its on the doorstep to some of the coolest bars and nightlife.

Many of my freinds who know me well ,know how passionate I am for vintage and classic dresses.I love old school GLAMOUR such as Audrey Hepburn the way she used to dress. So I couldnt believe it when I opened a email and had a opportunity to create a dress.That was still classic but can still be fashionble today. I like to be different and ofcourse Glamourous

ABOUT SOFIA DOURVARI

Sofia Dourvari is a Greek designer who moved to the UK in 2000. In 2001 Sofia attended Salford University and studied for a BA (HONS) FASHION DESIGN then a Postgraduate Diploma in Textile Technology. In 2007 Sofia won Best Designer at an International Student Festival for best creative designs. Her Mediterranean roots heavily influence Sofia’s designs. Her philosophy is to create elegant feminine designs that are creative and unusual and suitable for a wide range of occasions, from parties, galas and events, to weddings and formal dinners and even for the office. She likes to create timeless designs suitable for ladies of any age, using structure and colour to emphasize the woman’s shape.
Her passion for fashion design started when she was only five years old. Influenced by theatrical costumes and corseted dresses initially she soon moved onto more modern shapes. She always wanted to design clothes that flatter the female figure. As Sofia was brought up in Greece, her designs are heavily influenced by Mediterranean styles as well as elements of Greek architecture. Not afraid of colour Sofia uses it where possible and likes to add intricate details to garments to make them truly unique to the wearer. Her signature elements include fishtails, ruffles and gathers, flowing pieces, low back scoops and back details. Sofia has shown at Manchester Fashion Week, Birmingham Fashion Week and London Fashion Week including her much publicised show in February 2014 with British Supermodel Sophie Anderton opening and closing the show.

We met at http://www.thelivingroom.co.uk/location/Manchester where Sofia sat and drawn up my dress. Sofia is so talented such a perfectionist. I was measured to perfection. Sofia is such a vibrant bubbly lady her enthusiasm shouldn't go a miss along with her passion for her designs,it is a proud feeling we have such Talent in Manchester.

Sofia also custom made me a pearl bracelet and shes very creative with her jewellery. I would say if you have anything coming up to go to Sofia I know my dress will be in fashion forever and such a classic piece. I will certainly be buying from SOFIA DOURVARI
